Flashing Guide:

Download the latest build from here
Download Gapps from here
USE TWRP 2.7.1.0 or Philz or simply flash Raw kernel from here
Reboot recovery
Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
Flash ROM
Flash Gapps
Flash Raw kernel again (Optional)
Reboot.
